Simec complete Royal Free Hospital Net2 Access Control Project

Simec Security complete the installation of a Paxton Net2 acccess system controlling over 30 doors at the Royal Free Hospital, London.  A number of doors which are in the more remote areas of the Hospital such as top floor Lift Motor Rooms and Roof Plant Rooms have now been added to the system through the Hospitals Ethernet.

RS485 to Ethernet converters support the system, where running new cables to remote areas would have been cost prohibitive.

The powerful Net2 software has allowed multiple clients to be installed, ensuring administrators are able to monitor the system and issue cards from a variety of locations within the Engineering Office.
