Isle of Man access control anti tailgating measures complete

Simec Security complete the installation of anti tailgating controls for a major financial institution on the Isle of Man.  A single DDA width IDL R400 Fastlane restricts access to site to valid cardholders with local alarms activated in the event of tailgating attempts.

Keypads have been installed either side of the R400 unit to allow courier entry and egress to site via individually allocated and time controlled PIN numbers, without the need to issue separate access cards.

Photo ID proximity cards have been produced for all staff members on the Siemens SiPass Integrated access control system.  A single ACC advanced central controller (ACC AC5100) manages all local system decision making and provides high speed ethernet communications to the SiPass central server.
