Simec Security have completed the installation of Siemens Sipass Integrated access control to Sainsburys Coventry Centre of Excellence. The former tank factory has recently been refurbished and now houses TU Clothing and Home & Lifestyle Departments.
The Sipass system currently controls access to over thirty secure areas within the office and distribution centre, using Mifare proximity cards.
The central ACC controller provides high speed data collection over 4 separate FLN busses distributed around the site.
Photo cards are produced for all staff and contractors by site security staff.
